Shipping and Returns

As a safety precaution for our customers, it is our policy to not accept any returns on ink, needles, machines, or tubes. We do understand that things do happen, and in those scenarios we encourage you to call us at 631-761-6667. For defective products, replacements will be sent out. For items no longer desired, the products must be sent back to us in new and unused condition and will be refunded in the form of a store credit only and are at the discretion of New York Tattoo Supply. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to send the item(s) back, and credit will not be given for the original shipping price. Returns are also subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Domestic Shipping:
For the protection of our customers, orders must be shipped to the billing address of the debit/credit card you are paying with. All of our items ship from New York, USA. Orders placed by 3pm EST M-F will ship same day, subject to availability. Standard shipping is through UPS and services available for most items are: Ground, 3 day select*, 2nd day air*, and Next Day Air*. To calculate shipping costs for desired service, add the items to your cart and enter your zip code to calculate freight costs. *Please note that deliveries by UPS are made only Monday-Friday. When choosing your shipping method, do not calculate Saturday. For example, orders placed on Friday with Next Day Air as the shipping method will not arrive until the following Monday. If you need an item delivered on a Saturday, please call us directly at (631) 761-6667 to calculate final shipping costs prior to ify for free shipping will be sent out via UPS Ground.placing your order. International Shipments:
We ship most of our products worldwide. Shipping costs for some international orders can be calculated prior to checkout. Please note that customer is responsible for additional fees that may accrue during shipping (customs, duties, brokerage fee, taxes, etc). All international orders will ship via UPS or USPS. Certain products, including specific inks are prohibited from being imported into some countries. You are responsible for knowing what items are allowed in your country. If your package is sent back to us, you will not be reimbursed for shipping. For international orders, shipping cost will be billed separately after ordering. The invoice will be sent via PayPal to the e-mail address on file with your account. Please allow up to 1 business day for the invoice to be generated.
Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be cancelled anytime prior to shipping.
Refused Shipments:
Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.
Address Correction:
Customer is responsible for additional charges that may accrue due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.

Shipping prices will vary depending on weight, level of service, and location.

  • UPS 2 day - $18.00
  • UPS Overnight Saver - $25.50
  • Standard Overnight - $35.00
  • Saturday delivery- $19.00 additional
  • C.O.D. add - $12.50 per package additional
  • UPS 2 day to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico. - $25.00
  • UPS Overnight to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico - $35.00
  • Signature Confirmation: $4.50 additional
  • Package Interception: $17.00 additional
