We at New York Tattoo want you to be satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the products or their quality, we will allow you to return all unused products for a store credit or refund. Please see below for specifics and restrictions.

Please Note:

- Law prohibits us from accepting returns on all tattoo inks (opened or not). This is a health issue.
- Returns will have the shipping cost subtracted from the refund
- Please inform us prior to returning items whether store credit or refund is desired
